Lee Clough

About Me

Lee is a Pinc employee and is presently the Campus Lead for our Dean Clough Campus in Halifax.  Lee has worked in the education sector in a variety of roles over the last 15 years, specifically with young people with neurodivergent or additional learning, social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Lee is himself diagnosed with ADHD and is passionate about the value that neurodivergence can add to education, the arts and society as a whole.  Lee is also passionate about the impact of developmental trauma and how a learning environment can both reinforce and support the healing of that trauma.  Lee decided to become a governor as he recognised the critical role that governors have in shaping the long-term strategic direction of an organisation

In his spare time, Lee is very active, and will often be found on a football pitch, or in one of the many mountains in the UK, usually accompanied by his dog, Skye’
