I have varied experience working with young people both in and out of education settings.

My background is in applied theatre, where I have experience in facilitating theatre workshops for young people who may have limited access to the arts. I have worked in the charity sector for the past 3 years as a project manager for a youth charity, where I oversee the quality and impact of our programmes across Manchester and Liverpool. I am very motivated to level the playing field when it comes to young people’s access to opportunity, and am particularly interested in bridging that gap for young people between education and the world of work.
